Profile

I have quite a long experience in customer service, working for 13 years in different roles within the airline industry. I developed communication and collaboration skills, I led a team and trained staff in different cities and countries. I worked at the airport for most of the time in this part of my journey, being used to crazy shifts, uncommon scenarios and stressful situations, but always leaving with an optimistic smile.

I have been a musician and creator for as long as I remember. I started playing the bass for fun, but as I practiced I needed to "save the progress" of what I was creating. So, I started to learn tools like Reason for MIDI and Adobe Audition for recording. Very basic use, but I learned everything by tweaking, trial and error, experimenting, choosing one option, one sound, one instrument, messing with it and discarding what didn't worked.

Then, with a lot of practice I was good enough to produce professional sounding tracks, but what made me truly understand the technology, the tools, and how the audio was being transformed, was an online course at Berklee Online. Since then, I worked in live venues for bands, social events, enterprise events, and my own music studio, small but mine. I also learned software for design and content, working with Adobe apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and did some photography and editing with Adobe Lightroom.
